The highlight, undoubtedly, was listening to The Last Post, played beautifully by a single cornet player, Andy Liles. It was delivered with such poignancy and grace that it truly encapsulated the spirit of Remembrance Day, honoring those who have served with a hauntingly beautiful melody that lingered in the air long after the final note.
