The Marple Band is very proud to have been promoted to the 1st Section as of January 1st 2020.
The band enter this new stage in their development under MD, Steve Curtis and is looking forward to showcasing the 1st Section Test Piece- ‘ Legacy’ by Tom Davoren at a Preview Evening in Crewe on Saturday 15th February, followed a week later by the NW Regionals in Blackpool on 23rd February. Everyone is welcome to come along and support us at these events.
The band also gained some new players at the end of 2019 and the start of 2020. We would like to extend a warm welcome to them at this exciting time for the band.
