Following the North West Area Contest on the 25th February The Marple Band are seeking a Musical Director.

The Marple Band would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year.

Always a favourite with the band, playing carols and bierkeller style music at the Devvie in Peak Forest.

The Marple Band have been out and about over the Christmas period to entertain the local community and bring festive cheer to Marple.

This Friday, 24th November, our guest conductor is the fantastic David Thornton.

A full house on Sunday afternoon, were thoroughly entertained at the bands Autumn Concert at the Senior Citizens Hall in Marple.

The Marple Band had a brilliant day out at the Buxton Festival of Brass competition yesterday. The sun was shining and the music was excellent.
